Return & Exchange Policy –

At Astawallart.com, each product is crafted with care and securely packed to reach you in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the following conditions:

📌 Important Guidelines:

We do not offer returns. Only exchange is allowed in case of a damaged product.

If your product is damaged at the time of delivery, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

You must share clear photos and videos of the damaged product along with the order ID on our official WhatsApp or email.

Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a free exchange of the same item or design (subject to availability).

📦 Condition for Exchange:

The product must be in original packaging and unused.

Exchange will be processed only after damage verification by our team.
